Hello Brothers!
My name is Andrew and I'm excited to serve you as your Vice Satrap. I am originally from Seattle, WA and have stayed in Spokane for the last 7 years as an undergrad at Gonzaga University and now as a PY3 at Washington State. I was initiated into the Beta Pi Chapter in 2021 and have since served as Philanthropy Chair and Regent. When I am not in school, you'll most definitely find me outside. I love to run and ski, and when it gets warmer I guarantee you I'll be on a river or a lake.
So excited for this opportunity! Please reach out to me at vicesatrap.nwp@gmail.com.

Amanda Bryan
Secretary
Beta Omicron
My name is Amanda Bryan and I am a third year pharmacy student from the Beta Omicron chapter at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. I am an elected Dean's Advisory Council of Students representative for my pharmacy class where I and other reps advise the Dean and the administration about matters such as, planning school events, raising questions from classmates, and making decisions on student matters as appropriate. I was recently the secretary of the UW chapters of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the Student National Pharmaceutical Association. I was also the Beta Omicron chapter secretary during my second year.
I grew up in Vancouver, WA and went to UW for undergrad as well. I enjoy playing golf, reading, dancing, and playing board games with my friends and Brothers. A fun fact about me is that I got engaged to my fiancé in Paris near the Eiffel Tower! I am passionate about patient advocacy, especially older adults, outpatient and long term care pharmacy and hope to end up in one of these areas in my pharmacy career. I strive to make longterm connections and relationships with my patients in managing their care and medications.
Kappa Psi has created a larger pharmacy family than I could have ever imagined having and I am very grateful and hope to expand it further. By being on the NWP EC Board as secretary, I hope to help increase engagement across the Province by connecting with the chapter secretaries and maintaining open communication in this position. I look forward to the year ahead. PTBYB

Howard Nguyen
Treasurer
Beta Omicron
My name is Howard Nguyen and I am a current second-year student at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. I am also the current treasurer of the Beta Omicron Chapter. I am from Bellevue, WA and wanted to stay home for school basically for in state tuition and fresh cooked meals from my mom :) I rarely have free time because I stay overcommitting myself but when I do have free time I like to catch up on sleep, play games/board games with friends and families, or just whatever sport the friend group is feeling that week. Something I am passionate about in terms of pharmacy and Kappa Psi is the community that we are able to build. Pharmacy is such a small world and it is great to be able to network with pharmacists around the country and have Kappa Psi as something in common. I hope to build on these connections as I work towards my career goal of becoming a Critical Care Pharmacist (but really whichever residency that takes me is cool too). What I can bring to the NWP is my past experience as treasurer across multiple clubs throughout high school, undergrad, and pharmacy school. I want to be able to spread the knowledge and be present and support other treasurers and board members.

Ella Brown
Historian
Beta Omicron
Hello! My name is Gabriella but I go by Ella! I grew up in Hillsboro, OR with my younger sister and our many pets. We currently have two dogs and two cats! I went to undergrad at Oregon State University and now I'm a second year at the University of Washington. In my free time I enjoy baking, hiking, reading, painting, crafting, knitting, and playing with my pets.
I joined the Beta Omicron chapter in my first year and have been their Historian for the past year. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know my fellow Brothers and having the opportunity to document all our adventures this past year. After talking to previous NWP Historians I became interested in this position due to my increased involvement in the Brotherhood and the inter-chapter connections that I could facilitate to create a more unified NWP. I look forward to working with all the chapters this next year and expanding our integrations so that we can all appreciate the efforts of our fellow Brothers! PTBYB <3

Sky Zelenko
Chaplain
Beta Pi
My name is Sky Zelenko, Beta Pi brother at WSU. I was born and raised in Madison, WI until I moved to Chelan, WA where my parents opened a restaurant called Troy’s Pizza. I then went to undergraduate school at the University of Montana in Missoula before attending Washington State University. I am apart of the 2025 graduating class at WSU where I’ve held the Philanthropy Chair of Beta Pi from March 2023-March 2024. Currently at WSU my positions include: Ambassadors for 3 years, Orientation Leader for 2 years, and I am also an elected representative for the class of 2025 for the Pharmacy Student Academic Council for the last 2 years. In conjunction with these positions, I also do qualitative research with some of our faculty members where I hope to get published this upcoming summer in 3 different papers.
I hope to continue my education after graduation with either a residency or an academic fellowship. Who knows, maybe both! Emergency medicine and academia are currently my passions. Outside of my academic and professional life, I love to hike, paddle board, play tennis and pickle ball and I’m also a killer ping pong player.
As one of your executive members for 2024, I am available to you and dedicated to this position. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and if I don’t have the answers, I will find someone who does. I am excited to serve the Northwest Province and the fraternity as a whole.

Ivy Nguyen
Webmaster
Epsilon Chi
I moved from San Diego, CA to Salt Lake City, UT for pharmacy school at the University of Utah and to enjoy the outdoors. I love to hike and snowboard, but also enjoy staying in to cook. When I’m not working, you can find me out in the community, usually at a concert or festival! I am currently learning how to climb (mostly bouldering) to conquer my fear of heights.
Having served several chapter positions, including historian & regent, and one other position with the NWP in our Interchapter Relations Committee. Kappa Psi has helped me become more immersed in pharmacy. I value connection and find it crucial to hear perspectives from pharmacists and students from different backgrounds. As the NWP webmaster, I aim to keep our website in tip-top shape, making it user-friendly and visually appealing. I am thrilled to serve and collaborate with our colleagues on the executive committee.
Please do not hesitate to reach out regarding our Fraternity or anything pharmacy or non-pharmacy-related!

Alex To
Immediate Past Satrap
Utah Grad
Dear Brothers of the Northwest Province:
It is an honor to serve my 6th and final year on this Executive Committee. I cannot express how much the last 5 years meant to me both personally and professionally. I served as the GCC Delegate, Secretary, Vice Satrap, and Satrap. Now as the Immediate-Past Satrap, I hope to leverage my provincial-level experience to develop our Legislative Committee, act as the Executive Committee’s Parliamentarian, and author our policy manual.
Beyond my time on the Northwest Province Executive Committee, I was initiated at the University of Utah’s Epsilon Chi Chapter in 2017 and graduated in 2020. Since then, I have been a part of the Utah Graduate Chapter and working as a long-term care pharmacist. I recently moved to the California Bay Area and hope to establish myself as a dual citizen of the Northwest and Pacific West. #UniteTheWest
As for my personal hobbies, I love to cook, eat, travel, and watch Hololive. Cooking has been a long-standing pastime that allows me to express myself and share that expression to make others happy. This pastime also coincides with my love for good food and sharing that experience with others. I think going out to eat is a universal experience and I am always willing to adventure in that regard. Traveling is also something I greatly enjoy and conveniently going to Province Assemblies and GCC provides a good medium to do so. Lastly, if you are part of the anime fandom, then you may have heard of Hololive. If not, then ask me about it and I can talk about it in detail.
For anything, please reach out to me via my positional email down below or just say hi to me at a Province Assemblies or GCC. Even if you do not recall my name, I always love meeting and reconnecting with my Brothers.
Respectfully Submitted,
Cuong-Alexander “Alex” To, PharmD
Immediate Past Satrap 2023-2024
